FINNVILLA HOUSES MEAN:
Thorough design: before starting construction works we make an elaborate house design taking into account all your wishes right down to the last detail. We build our standard projects as well as customer’s own designs. The houses can be also fabricated to match customer’s particular foundation.
High-quality and accurate assembly: all house elements are manufactured in covered departments of the factory in well-balanced temperature conditions which prevents atmospheric precipitation from entering the structures. The factory facilities allow us to produce up to 10 m long elements with the accuracy of 1-2 mm. The loading calculations are made for all construction structures in order to determine their strength. All timber materials used for construction are tested for strength and bending and they have a proper grade mark.
Wall elements are designed in such a way that electrification and ventilation can be installed without breaking the structure of the wall.
Fast assembly of the house: The elements delivered from the factory are completely assembled upon foundation within no longer than 7 days. The project usually lasts only 8-10 weeks from the moment of choosing your design and signing the agreement till the moment of house construction kit delivery.

Comfort and good health: Finnvilla houses have excellent insulation properties with ecologically clean materials creating favorable conditions and preventing moisture from damaging the structures which all result in healthy indoor air free of dust and bacteria. Thermal insulation and heating: Finnvilla houses are suitable for living in the most severe climatic conditions and their thermal insulation is incomparable in the construction industry. We have various heating solutions for our houses. It might as well be minus 60 degrees outside but inside you will be warm without any additional costs. Based on customer’s choice the house is designed to suit the desired type of heating which can be electric, gas, kerosene, geothermal or solid fuel heating. Heating elements can be installed in walls, ceilings or under floors.
Sound insulation: The use of modern materials and technologies allows exceeding all standards for noise in the house in whole as well as in each room separately regardless surrounding background sound.
Manufacturer’s warranty: All load bearing structures of the house have 10 years warranty. For each fabricated house or wall element we take a picture of its internal elements and hidden works and we keep these photos in the factory archive for 10 years.
The secrete of energy efficient and warm Finnvilla houses lies in the framing, i.e. hole-free walls which permit to completely eliminate the thermal bridges. Moreover, the temperatures at which the structure prevents warming up and cooling down of the indoor premises range from -50˚C up to +50˚C. In building our houses we use multilayer wall structure which includes moisture protection, high-quality 200 mm thick ISOVER insulation as well as wind shields. Our decades of experience and continuous goal-oriented development show that Finnvilla walls do not curve, shrink or crack.
